Innovative Environmental worked with a major supplier of wood pellet fuel production systems and equipment to develop commercial scale wood pellet furnaces. Multiple furnaces were designed at ½, 1 and 3 million Btu/hr. System was designed specifically to be ultra low in emissions and to operate at extremely high heat recovery rates and efficiencies.

Innovative Environmental assisted in the design of a significantly large metal recovery system. The system was to accept any number of dozens of waste types and then recover by thermal means valuable metal content. System is state of the art and complies with all stringent environmental requirements in the Nation of Canada and operates in excess of 10 Tons per hour. Innovative Environmental also participated in the crucial start up phase of all equipment.
